SHIPPING AND ORDER FULFILLMENT Order Fulfillment
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. We try to fulfill all orders within 24 hours of receipt providing it has been received before 12 noon. We cannot guarantee your order will be shipped out within 72 hrs, but we try our best to do so. If an order contains a back-ordered or sold-out product, we will not ship that order until the missing products are back in stock. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Your credit card will not be charged until we ship your order.

*Please allow 2 to 5 business days for delivery to west coast destinations and up to 10 business days for east coast destinations.
Please note: Fedex will not deliver to P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses therefore, we will ship via US Priority Mail.. United States (samples only) US 1st class Mail (5 days) $3.50 United States (samples only) US PRIORITY Mail (2-3 days) $5.50 (Please note: Samples orders containing more than 15+ samples will be shipped via USPriority Mail or FedEx for $12.00) United States Fed Ex Standard Ground - *2-10 business days $8.50 United States Fed Ex 2nd Day Air - 2-3 business days $24.00 United States Fed Ex Next Day Air - 1-2 business days $38.00 US Alaska & Hawaii US Priority Mail- 4-6 business days $25.00 US Alaska & Hawaii US Express Mail- 2-3 business days $35.00 US Alaska & Hawaii US Overnight- 1-2 business days $50.00 Next Day orders must be placed to us by 12 noon MST to be shipped same business day. ___Residential Delivery add $2.00 ___Signature Required--If no one is at home to accept delivery and you do NOT want FedEx to leave carton in your "usual place" where all of your deliveries are made then sign here and we will require your signature at time of delivery. If you are not there, FedEx will attempt to deliver again, if you do not accept that delivery, they will return to package to us and you will be charged double freight for us to re-ship. If you prefer to ship to your workplace, then fill out that different shipping address, as well as your credit card billing address If you give a wrong address or change addresses after ordering and FedEx returns the package to us, you will be charged a second freight to re-ship.
Canadian Orders:---AVAILABLE SOON. All Canadian orders will be charged extra for the Canadian customs and brokerage fees at the time of purchase. We provide this as both a service and a requirement. You may receive a bill for duties from Federal Express. Please disregard this bill. You are pre-paying for duties at the time of purchase. The duties and brokerage fees will be displayed for your review before you submit your order.
